Leadership and Administration

Kyle Carpenter
President
Kyle was named president of Carpenter Construction in 2020. Kyle joined the team working for his father in 2007 as a laborer. Eventually moving up to an operating position and then into a leadership role as project foreman. As needed, he would venture into the office to help his father estimate projects. This led to his ever-growing role as a leader that instills a team like atmosphere across the company. From overseeing estimating, to building relationships with clients, to participating in training with fellow employees. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, bird hunting, and skeet shooting.

Casey Findley
Vice President
Casey Findley was named VP in 2022. He started his career with the company in 1996 as a laborer. He climbed the ladder and has held every position the company offers. Since 2002 he has held the role of general superintendent and brings his knowledge in experience to every project. He works closely with our crews and clients to solve problems and create solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and racing dirt track cars regionally.

Allison Higgins
Director of Operations
Allison Higgins became director of operations in 2023. She began her career with the company in 2013 as office manager. She came from a background in hospitality management which naturally had some skill sets that transferred well into an administrative role. She has been responsible for implementing many of the policies and procedures the company uses today. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
